✦ THEO BECKETT is a known rocket operative who has deep roots in the kantonian branch of the organization. during the war in kanto, he held the rank of admin. he was later promoted to underboss of the hoennian branch in 2022.

✦ theo was born and raised on cinnabar island, kanto.

✦ his father was a fisherman; his mother owned a small convenience store; he had two younger siblings, a brother and a sister.

✦ though they are all presumed dead, their bodies were never found. hospital records show his mother had been ill for a few years with a history of overdue payments. curiously, any outstanding payments were cleared after her presumed death.

✦ THEO BECKETT was officially inaugurated into the organization at the age of 16, though he had already been involved a few years prior where he did odd jobs for NIKOLAI CROSS, jayden cross's father.

✦ theo executed his family as part of his inauguration.

✦ theo has always been known for his stoicism, coldness, and professionalism, his loyalty never once questioned. his approach is methodical and rigid, trainings and techniques stemming from a harsh era where loyalty was ruled by fear.

✦ theo views his pokemon (and all) as tools and nothing more. he does, however, have an affinity for water-types which some have heard him dub his FISHIES. he owns a SMALL FISHIE STORE in slateport's upper district.

✦ theo is a POISON-TYPE SPECIALIST and has pools of knowledge and experience in TOXICOLOGY.

✦ during his time in kanto, he had served as the ADMIN OF INTEL & RECRUITMENT, and had been responsible for indoctrinating the likes of Cillian Quinn and jayden cross.

✦ theo was noticeably absent during the CINNABAR INVASION; some say he was occupied while others speculate he had either asked not to be involved or avoided the call entirely.

✦ after SILAS BLACKWELL's death, theo left the organization for 2 years before returning to the hoennian branch in 2021.

✦ during those 2 years of absence, theo focused on arms trafficking and built his trade network across different regions. galar proved the most fruitful where he involved himself with local gangs such as the MOTO DRAGONS.

✦ on behalf of team rocket, theo secured a separate space with GROUNDSKEEPER samuel carter within MT. PYRE to bury their dead. the space is inaccessible to the general public, and continues to be maintained and funded to this day.

✦ since arriving in hoenn, theo has been involved in the majority of events and has been a driving force for the continued expansion of team rocket through any means necessary.

✦ his stance has always been clear: expansion by force is preferred, the same way they had conquered kanto. he continues to be vocal about this.
